Mehran Mohammadi

Mehran Mohammadi is a first-grade lawyer and legal consultant, member of the Bar Association and Official Experts Center of Kurdistan Province, with a successful track record in hundreds of civil, criminal, registration, tax, labor, and social security cases. He completed his bachelor's degree in law at University of Kurdistan with excellent grades and graduated with top honors from Tehran University of Judicial Sciences and Administrative Services with a master's degree in private law. His thesis titled 'The Position of Jurisprudential Inference Methods (Principles of Jurisprudence) in Iranian Legal Logic' received an excellent grade. His main focus is on contract disputes and private international law cases, providing specialized services to clients through mastery of judicial procedures and precise contract analysis.
